Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented

HR Executive - Recruitment

to manage the end-to-end hiring process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates across various roles, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely closures.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand job requirements by collaborating with hiring managers and team leads. Create and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and other relevant platforms. Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.). Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job criteria. Conduct initial telephonic/virtual screening interviews to assess candidate suitability. Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Coordinate and follow up through all stages of the recruitment process, including feedback and offer rollouts. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment database regularly. Ensure timely communication and a smooth experience for all candidates. Prepare and share weekly/monthly recruitment reports . Stay updated with current hiring trends, sourcing strategies, and talent acquisition tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (in-house or consultancy). Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and job boards. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Familiarity with ATS and recruitment metrics.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage. Experience hiring 06 to 5 yr Knowledge of recruitment compliance and diversity hiring practices.
