Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding candidates.
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and databases.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
Support performance management and appraisal processes.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives and events.
Prepare HR-related reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Monitor attendance, leaves, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Manage intern hiring, onboarding, and exit formalities.
Support training and development programs for employees.
Address and resolve basic employee grievances in coordination with senior HR.
Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies on various platforms.
