Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment & Staffing:

Manage end-to-end recruitment. Coordinate job postings, screenings, interviews, and onboarding. Maintain recruitment records and ensure timely hiring.

Employee Onboarding & Induction:

Conduct orientation sessions for new joiners. Ensure proper documentation and background checks are completed.

Attendance & Payroll Coordination:

Monitor attendance records and ensure timely input for payroll processing. Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies.

Employee Records Management:

Maintain up-to-date employee database (both soft and hard copies). Handle personal file audits and data entry in HRIS.

Compliance & Statutory Requirements:

Ensure adherence to labor laws, ESI, PF, and other statutory norms. Assist in audits and inspections by government bodies.

Employee Grievance Handling:

Address staff issues promptly and escalate critical cases to senior HR. Support a positive work environment through effective communication.

Training & Development:

Identify training needs and coordinate internal/external training programs. Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness.

Performance Management:

Support the appraisal process and maintain performance records. Help implement corrective action plans when required.

HR Reports & MIS:

Prepare and share regular reports on headcount, attrition, and other HR metrics.

Coordination with Operations:

Work closely with regional/zone operational teams to ensure manpower planning and discipline.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
