Job Summary



The HR Executive - Generalist plays a pivotal role in managing core HR functions across the employee lifecycle. This includes recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, people-oriented, and capable of balancing administrative precision with strategic HR support.

Key Responsibilities



Recruitment & Onboarding



Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and offer rollouts Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires Ensure timely documentation and background verification

HR Operations & Documentation



Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS databases Draft HR letters: offer, confirmation, appraisal, and exit documents Monitor attendance, leave, and payroll inputs

Employee Relations & Engagement



Address employee queries and grievances professionally Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication Facilitate feedback mechanisms and promote a positive work culture

Compliance & Policy Implementation



Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies Assist in audits and statutory filings (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.) Update and implement HR policies and procedures

Performance & Development



Support performance appraisal cycles and feedback sessions Coordinate training and development programs Track employee progress and identify skill gaps

Qualifications & Skills



Education



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Experience



0-1 years in an HR Generalist role Experience with HR software (e.g., Zoho People, SAP HR, or similar)

Skills



Strong interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools
