We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Executive to join our team at Mandideep. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance activities, to support the smooth functioning of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Staffing:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Coordinate with department heads to plan manpower.
Employee Onboarding & Induction:
Conduct joining formalities and induction sessions for new employees.
Maintain employee records and update the HR database.
Payroll & Attendance Management:
Monitor attendance, leave records, and process payroll data accurately.
Handle PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance related to payroll.
HR Policies & Compliance:
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company HR policies.
Maintain documentation for audits and statutory requirements.
Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling:
Organise employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
Address employee queries and grievances effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
1-3 years in HR operations or generalist role (preferably in manufacturing or industrial setup).
Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, and HR compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
Proficient in
MS Office
and HR software (ERP, HRMS preferred).
