Understand hiring requirements in coordination with department heads.
Source candidates using various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, etc.).
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate technical/managerial interviews with internal stakeholders.
Manage interview schedules, feedback, and selection processes.
Draft and roll out offer letters and maintain hiring trackers.
Coordinate pre-joining and onboarding formalities.
General HR Support (Secondary Role - 20-30%)
Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
Assist in orientation and induction programs.
Support HR documentation and policy communication.
Help with attendance and leave management.
Participate in employee engagement activities.
Assist in performance appraisal coordination.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in Recruitment
Graduation required
