Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews
Facilitate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
Maintain and update employee records in the HR database and ensure accuracy.
Support in employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Address employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Assist in payroll inputs and leave management.
Coordinate training sessions and workshops.
