Organize and conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees.
Ensure smooth joining day experience by coordinating with IT, admin, and reporting managers.
Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems with new joiner details.
Address employee queries related to joining, policies, and benefits.
Liaise with payroll for salary account opening and first-month processing.
Monitor probation period progress and coordinate confirmation processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Collect and maintain necessary statutory forms and declarations from new hires.
