Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process (Job posting, screening, scheduling, interviews)
Conduct onboarding & induction for new employees
Maintain HR records, employee files & databases
Handle attendance, leave management & payroll coordination
Assist in employee engagement & retention activities
Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies & procedures
Handle employee queries and day-to-day HR operations
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Management, or related field
6 months to 2 years of relevant HR experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
