Hiring HR Executive or HR Recruiter for our IT company Logical Soft Tech Pvt Ltd.

Experience: Female with minimum 6 months experience needed in HR on posting and hiring in IT Company or IT knowledge (No Fresher please)

Job location: Indore (M.P) Walkins 11 am to 6 pm Monday to Saturday from 23th June to 30th June

1) Hiring for Company in-house Developer and for staffing or vendor management if needed

2) Hiring Fresher for our Training Internship Program, expert in calling , mailing , messaging, what sapping , making groups with HR , consultant or colleges

3) Managing of Data, sheets, banners, posters, videos for posting for opening on different Social media and Job portals

4) Involved in making plan for best output and revenue models for Hiring , making proposal, ppt, tie upping with different companies and colleges or consultancy for mass hiring and placement

5) Involve in day to HR operations, working in team and managing other Hr and marketing team for best result with leadership Quality and decision maker

7) Female Brain with Beauty in personality and good communication Hindi and English will be preferred, having laptop will be advantage but not mandatory.
