Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing).
Conduct hiring for various departments as per company's requirements.
Maintain employee records and documentation.
Assist in onboarding of new employees.
Support HR operations and daily administrative tasks.
Coordinate between departments for HR-related activities.
Maintain attendance, leave records, and basic HR MIS.
Handle employee queries professionally.
Required Skills:
Strong English communication (verbal & written)
Basic management and organizational skills
Knowledge of recruitment & hiring processes
Good interpersonal and coordination skills
Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email Drafting)
Ability to maintain confidentiality
