The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR documentation, ensuring smooth functioning of the HR department.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment - sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records and HR database.
Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
Support in training & development activities.
Handle employee queries and provide assistance in HR policies.
Ensure statutory compliance with labour laws and company regulations.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
Prepare HR letters - offer, appointment, confirmation, experience, and other formal communications.
Assist in performance appraisal processes.
Maintain confidentiality of HR information.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
1 - 3 years of experience in HR operations. Freshers with strong skills may be considered

Good knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and compliance.

Proficient in MS Office & HR software.
