Employee Engagement: Establish a strong connect with people on the floor based on trust and build credibility through timely resolution of issues & an effective Internal communication mechanism, consistently translating to high workplace index scores.
HR Administration: Maintenance of complete Employee records/ files and necessary documents and upload them on the drive.
Maintaining employee details on MIS.
Attendance maintenance on regular manner.
Efficient planning & execution of internal events.
Vendor selection & management
Inventory management of office supplies
Co-ordinating with Admin and Housekeeping to ensure Office is always clean.
