We are looking for an HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee records, payroll coordination, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, offer letters)
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data
Assist in payroll processing and salary coordination
Manage onboarding and exit formalities
Handle HR documentation (appointment letters, confirmations, HR policies)
Coordinate training and employee engagement activities
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Ability to handle confidential information
Knowledge of labour laws is an advantage
