to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and HR documentation. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in HR processes, people management, and organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees
Maintain employee records, personal files, HR databases, attendance, and leave management
Assist with payroll processing and coordination with accounts department
Support performance appraisal process and employee evaluation documentation
Manage employee engagement activities, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, PF/ESIC, and HR policies
Conduct HR orientation and induction programs for new joiners
Prepare HR reports, MIS, letters (offer, confirmation, increment, relieving, warning, etc.)
Coordinate training and development programs
Support management in implementing HR initiatives and organizational culture building
Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Knowledge of HR policies, statutory compliance, payroll basics
Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Proficiency in MS Office & HR software (if any)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
