Key Responsibilities
Screen candidate profiles expertly against job descriptions and vacancy requirements to ensure the best matches.
Understand client vacancies deeply and shortlist suitable profiles to maximize closure rates.
Actively research and leverage new job posting platforms to source high-quality candidate profiles.
Build and maintain a comprehensive database of candidate profiles for future reference.
Create organized Excel sheets for candidate tracking, reporting, and data management.
Assess CV quality rigorously to forward only the most suitable profiles for interviews.
Keenly follow up with clients on interview timings and coordination.
Prepare and submit weekly reports on open and closed vacancies, highlighting progress and insights.
Multitask across recruitment activities while maintaining high accuracy and efficiency.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in any field (MBA is a plus).
1-3 years of mandatory experience in talent acquisition, with proven expertise in profile screening and closing maximum vacancies.
Strong understanding of Excel for data organization, reporting, and analytics.
Highly organized, proactive, and research-oriented with a knack for discovering new sourcing platforms.
Excellent multitasking abilities and a results-driven mindset.
Willingness to work from our office in Icon Towers, Baner.
