Job Title: HR Executive - Compliance

Role Summary:

Responsible for ensuring end-to-end client and statutory compliance, managing audits, maintaining compliance documentation, and coordinating client inspections and reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance as per

client-specific compliance checklists

and contractual requirements. Manage

client audits

, address observations, and close

NC points

within timelines. Conduct

monthly HR compliance visits

at client sites. Prepare and submit

client compliance reports, MIS, and audit documentation

. Ensure compliance of

security personnel documentation

: police verification, training records, ID cards, and licenses. Conduct

training and awareness sessions

for guards on

PF, ESIC, and POSH

. Ensure adherence to

labor law compliances

as per statutory norms and client contracts. Act as

point of contact

for client compliance reviews, inspections, and escalations. Maintain

accurate client-wise compliance records and trackers

Qualifications:

Graduate in HR/Labor Laws or related field. 1-3 years' experience in HR compliance or labor law compliance. Working knowledge of labor laws, audits, and compliance documentation.
