Role Overview
We are looking for an
entry-level HR Executive
to support day-to-day HR operations, including
new joinee onboarding, induction, documentation, and attendance tracking
. This role is ideal for a fresher who is eager to learn and grow in the HR function.
Key Responsibilities
Handle
new joinee onboarding and induction process
Manage
HR documentation
(joining formalities, records, files)
Maintain
attendance and basic HR data
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth joining processes
Support daily HR administrative tasks
Requirement
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of HR experience
Good communication skills
Well-presented and well-groomed personality
