We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR IT Recruiter to assist with recruitment efforts for IT-related positions. This role will provide exposure to IT recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to supporting the interview process. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, recruitment, and eager to develop their skills in the IT hiring space.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing: Assist in identifying and sourcing candidates for IT positions using various platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media. Screening Resumes: Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job descriptions and technical requirements. Candidate Engagement: Communicate with candidates through email and phone, providing information about the job and company, and scheduling interviews. Interview Support: Assist in coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all logistics are managed smoothly. Database Management: Maintain and update data of candidates like information, interview feedback, and status updates.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interest in IT recruitment and technology roles. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills:

Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies (e.g., software developers, network engineers, data analysts) is advantageous. Previous internship or experience in recruitment is a plus
