1. Manpower Planning & Recruitment

2. Attendance Management

3. Salary Administration

4. Should have legal / factory act compliance basic knowledge

5. HR Policy implementation

6. PF, ESIC, PT Monthly return filing

7. ISO Audit documentation (QMS & EMS)

8. Handling Employees grievance

9. Employee Welfare activity

10. Update and maintain all employees master data

11. Any other task assigned by management

4. Handle Multiple Priorities

5. Organizational Skills

6. Good Communication Skill- ( Hindi & Marathi)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
