Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment and on boarding:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding new hires. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Ensure a positive on boarding experience for new employees by facilitating orientation sessions and providing necessary training and resources. Should be well verse with Job Posting and candidate sourcing.

Employee Relations:

Serve as a trusted resource for employees, addressing inquiries and concerns related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Act as a mediator in resolving conflicts and fostering a positive work environment. Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

Performance Management:

Implement performance management processes to set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and evaluate employee performance. Develop and maintain performance metrics to track individual and team performance. Collaborate with managers to identify training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

HR Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Stay up-to-date on changes in employment legislation and advise management on compliance requirements. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including personnel files, payroll information, and benefits documentation. Should be well verse with PF, ESIC office.

Employee Benefits Administration:

Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. Assist employees with enrolment, changes, and inquiries regarding benefits coverage. Partner with benefits providers to resolve issues and ensure timely processing of claims and payments.

HR Policy Development:

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to promote fairness, consistency, and compliance across the organization. Communicate policy updates to employees and ensure understanding and adherence to established guidelines. Conduct periodic reviews of HR policies to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Training and Development:

Coordinate training initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies. Identify training needs through performance evaluations and employee feedback. Collaborate with internal and external trainers to design and deliver training programs tailored to meet organizational objectives.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite. HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred but not required.
