Recruiter / HR Executive

Office Location:

Dhantoli, Nagpur

Salary:

?15,000 - ?18,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

Handle

end-to-end recruitment

for jewellery showroom staff (Sales Executives, Store Managers, Cashiers, Back Office, Accountants,etc.) Coordinate hiring requirements for

all 3 outlets

Source candidates through: Job portals Social media Local references & walk-ins Screen resumes and conduct

initial HR interviews

Schedule interviews with showroom managers/owners Maintain

candidate data and hiring reports

Manage joining formalities and documentation Support basic

HR operations

like attendance follow-up and employee records

Requirements:

Minimum

1 year experience

in recruitment
