Key Responsibilities
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for internal hiring requirements
Understand hiring needs from stakeholders and prepare job descriptions
Source candidates through
job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate data and recruitment trackers
Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and follow-ups
Ensure smooth
joining and onboarding coordination
Build and maintain a strong internal talent pipeline
Ensure hiring targets and TATs are met
Required Skills & Qualifications
Master in HR, Management, or related field
2-4 years of experience in
in-house recruitment
Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
Good understanding of hiring processes and interview techniques
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
Preferred Skills
Experience hiring for
Non-IT / Sales / Corporate roles
Knowledge of ATS and recruitment metrics
Strong stakeholder management skills
