Job Description

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Managing the entire hiring process, from sourcing and interviewing to new hire orientation and paperwork.

Employee Relations:

Handling grievances, counseling, promoting engagement, and managing terminations/exit interviews.

Policy & Compliance:

Implementing and updating HR policies, ensuring adherence to labor laws, and managing HR documentation.

Payroll & Benefits:

Administering compensation, benefits, bonuses, and ensuring timely payroll processing.

Performance Management:

Overseeing performance appraisals, setting objectives, and implementing review procedures.

Learning & Development:

Assessing training needs and coordinating development initiatives.

HR Administration:

Maintaining employee records, managing HR software (HRIS/ATS), and monitoring HR budgets
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,631.21 - ?23,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Bavdhan, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
