The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting the organization's people strategy by managing
Talent Acquisition
and the
end-to-end employee life cycle
, ensuring timely hiring, smooth onboarding, effective employee engagement, and compliant HR operations. The role requires strong execution, coordination with stakeholders, and a people-centric approach to drive a positive employee experience.
Roles & Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end
talent acquisition
including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer rollout.
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and close positions within defined timelines.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
Coordinate onboarding activities including documentation, HRMS updates, and induction sessions.
Ensure smooth management of the
employee life cycle
from onboarding to exit.
Track probation periods, confirmation reviews, and employment status changes.
Support performance review cycles by coordinating documentation and timelines.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and processes.
Assist in attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Support employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
Coordinate exit processes including resignations, clearances, and handover documentation.
Ensure adherence to HR policies, internal guidelines, and statutory compliance requirements.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and dashboards for management review.
Assist in implementing HR initiatives and process improvements.
