HR Generalist

to join our HR team and support

Travelxp

along with its sister company

Senti Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on HR experience and has worked in

technology-driven environments

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding Partner with hiring managers to close technical and non-technical roles Handle HR operations across the employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit) Maintain HR records, MIS, and HRMS data Support implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and compliance Drive employee engagement initiatives and internal communication Assist with performance management and people development initiatives Work closely with cross-functional teams across both companies
What We're Looking For:

3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field Preferred industry background: Consumer Electronics / Firmware / Embedded Engineering / Tech / Product-based companies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with HRMS, ATS, and MS Office tools
