We are looking for an HR Generalist to handle daily HR activities. The role includes recruitment coordination, employee support, HR documentation, and smooth office HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate recruitment activities (interviews, follow-ups, joining)
Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR files
Support payroll inputs, leave and policy-related queries
Coordinate with managers for hiring and HR requirements
Handle day-to-day employee coordination and HR operations
Requirements:
1-3 years experience in HR Generalist / HR Executive role
Basic knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and payroll support
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle HR pressure and multiple tasks
Preferred:
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per year
