Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment (30%)



Source profiles through job portals and references

Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules

Follow up with candidates and maintain recruitment trackers

HR Generalist (70%)



Maintain employee records and HR documentation

Update HR MIS and trackers using MS Excel

Support onboarding and exit formalities

Assist in attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination

Handle basic employee queries and HR coordination

Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives

Skills & Qualifications:



Graduate/MBA (HR preferred)

1 -2 years of HR experience

Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot basics preferred)

Basic understanding of HR operations and recruitment

Good communication and coordination skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
