Screening resumes and shortlisting suitable candidates
Coordinating interviews with department heads and management
Maintaining recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Negotiating salary and issuing offer letters
Handling joining formalities and onboarding process
Administration Responsibilities
Managing office administration and daily HR operations
Maintaining employee records, files, and HR documentation
Handling attendance, leave records, and employee data
Coordinating with vendors (office supplies, housekeeping, etc.)
Supporting payroll inputs and HR compliance documentation
Handling employee queries related to HR & admin matters
Assisting management in HR policies and procedures
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of recruitment portals and hiring processes
Basic knowledge of HR policies and administration
Strong coordination and documentation skills
MS Office (Excel, Word, Email) proficiency
