Employee Lifecycle - Onboarding, Induction, Appraisal, Letters, HRMS, File, Exit
Screening candidates and coordinating interviews
Maintaining candidate database and recruitment trackers
Requirements:
2+ year experience in
recruitment & HR ops
Proficiency in Sourcing Candidates with Naukri, LinkedIn, InDeed etc.
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle multiple requirements
Excel and Word Skill
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?32,000.00 per month
