We are looking for a
smart, hands-on, and high-ownership HR Executive
who will
own the HR function across the group
, build systems from scratch, and grow into a
Group HR Manager
role as the company scales.

YOUR MISSION
You will be responsible for
building, running, and improving HR systems
across all companies under Rohra Holdings -- not just maintaining files.
This is a
high-impact role
with direct exposure to leadership and decision-making.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Recruitment & Talent Management
End-to-end hiring for all group companies
Drafting creative job descriptions & posting on portals
Screening candidates using behavioural & case-based assessments
Coordinating interviews & maintaining hiring trackers
2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
Onboarding & exit processes
Offer letters, appointment letters & documentation
Attendance, leave, payroll coordination
Full & Final settlements
3. HR Policies & Systems
Implementing and maintaining HR policies (grades, benefits, travel, etc.)
Ensuring consistency across all group companies
Updating HR manuals as the company evolves
4. Performance & Culture
KRA/KPI coordination with leadership
Appraisal cycle support
Maintaining performance records
Supporting leadership in building a strong, disciplined culture
5. Employee Engagement & Compliance
Acting as the first HR point of contact for employees
Handling grievances, concerns, and HR queries
Ensuring statutory compliance (PF, ESI, basic labour norms)
Supporting POSH & ethical workplace practices

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Must-Haves
1.5 to 4 years of experience in HR (Generalist role preferred)
Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)
Hands-on experience in recruitment & HR operations
Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
High integrity & confidentiality
Good to Have
Exposure to startups or multi-company setups
Understanding of performance management systems
HRMS / digital HR tools exposure
