LawCrust Global Consulting is seeking an organized and motivated
HR Executive
to support our HR department. You will assist with the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to daily operations. This role is designed for a career-oriented graduate who is eager to learn data-driven HR processes and help drive operational efficiency.
Duties & Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and interview coordination.
Onboarding:
Manage the documentation process for new hires to ensure a seamless integration into the team.
Database Management:
Maintain and update employee records within our internal systems with high accuracy.
Operational Support:
Assist in workflow optimization and cross-functional team alignment projects.
Policy Compliance:
Help communicate and implement office policies and HR procedures.
Required Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree .
Equipment:
Have a personal laptop in good working condition for daily tasks.
Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel for data tracking) and strong email etiquette.
Attributes:
High level of integrity, punctuality, and a willingness to handle confidential information.
Work Schedule
Mon-Fri:
9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Sat:
9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Salary & Compensation
Pay Range:
?10,000- ?20,000 per month
(Exact salary is commensurate with experience, internships, and skill set evaluation during the interview process.)
