Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, service, bodyshop, and support functions
Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements
Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and issue offer letters
Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports
2. Joining, Onboarding & Documentation
Complete joining formalities and employee documentation
Induction & orientation for new joiners
Maintain employee master data and personal files
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
Support employee engagement activities & events
Maintain healthy work culture and communication
4. Exit Management
Handle resignations, exit interviews, and full & final settlement
Ensure clearance and relieving documentation
8. HR MIS & Reporting
Maintain HR dashboards and reports (attrition, manpower, attendance)
Prepare monthly HR reports for management
Desired Candidate Profile:
Qualification:
MBA / MSW / PGDM (HR)
Experience:
1-4 years in HR Operations / HR Generalist role
Industry Preference:
Automobile / Dealership experience preferred
Skills Required:
Strong communication & coordination
Knowledge of labor laws & HR processes
MS Excel & HR MIS handling
