Global Vikas Trust is a grassroots non-profit organisation working to uplift rural India by helping small and marginal farmers increase their income through high-value crops, sustainable agriculture, water conservation, women empowerment initiatives, and social causes such as dowry-free community marriages. Over the last six years, GVT has planted more than 6.59+ crore fruit trees across 43,000+ acres, supported over 30,000+ farmer families in 5,000+ villages, increased farmers' income from ?38,700 to ?3,93,000 per acre, harvested 800+ crore litres of water, and built a world-class one lakh sq.ft farmer training centre on a 25-acre campus.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment -- sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and update HRMS regularly
Handle attendance, leave management, and support payroll processing
Coordinate induction, joining formalities, and employee orientation
Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and SOPs
Organise employee engagement activities, events, and internal communication
Manage performance review processes and maintain related data
Handle employee queries, grievances, and ensure smooth offboarding
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (HR/Management preferred)
1-2 years of HR experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of HR operations and recruitment
Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
