Coordinate with Head HR to understand manpower requirements.
Post job openings on job portals and company platforms.
Share job requirements with Digital Marketing for designing and posting.
Screen resumes and update shortlisted candidates to Head HR.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
Manage onboarding process including offer letters, document collection, verification, and HRMS data entry.
Prepare HR letters such as Appointment letter, Memos, warning letters, termination, and experience letters.
Skills & Competencies
Basic knowledge of
recruitment and HR processes

Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in
MS Office
and
HRMS systems

Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Educational Qualification
Graduate / Postgraduate in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
