End-End recruitment part And Performance Management System (PMS)
Oversee grievance redressal processes to ensure employee satisfaction and resolve conflicts efficiently.
Ensure timely completion of all HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance appraisals.
Maintain accurate records of employee data, attendance tracking, and leave balances.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to implement labour laws and regulations effectively.
Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
