Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for all roles -- from junior staff to mid-level management.
Coordinate with outlet managers and department heads to understand hiring needs.
Source candidates through various channels -- job portals, social media, referrals, local networks, etc.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule final rounds.
Maintain a talent pipeline and reduce time-to-hire.
Coordinate onboarding and documentation for new hires.
Employee Engagement (20%)
Support and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention.
Assist in organizing small-scale team events, feedback sessions, and rewards programs.
Maintain employee records and help with grievance handling if needed.
