Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with school leadership and department heads.
Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and stakeholders to close positions within defined timelines.
Support offer rollouts, salary discussions within approved budgets, and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
Assist with employee onboarding documentation and record management.
Support basic HR operations such as attendance tracking, HR MIS, and coordination with payroll inputs.
Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and processes.
Assist in employee engagement activities and other HR initiatives as and when required.
