HR Executive - Solapur, Maharashtra



We are looking for an

HR Executive (2-3 years of experience)

to join our Solapur team and support day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment & onboarding

Employee lifecycle & HR documentation

Attendance, leave & basic payroll coordination

Employee engagement & HR compliance support

Skills Required:

Strong communication & coordination skills

Hands-on experience in recruitment and operations

Knowledge of HR policies & labor compliance

Proficiency in MS Excel & HR systems
