We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented
HR Executive
to handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, training support, and HR administration. The role involves working closely with management to ensure smooth HR processes and a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring:
Create and post job descriptions on job portals
Source candidates, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews (Elementary level)
Coordinate interview schedules and support hiring managers
Manage joining formalities and documentation
Training & Development
Assist in onboarding and induction programs
Support employee skill development and training initiatives
Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact between employees and management
Help maintain a positive and healthy work environment
Address basic employee concerns and resolve conflicts
Compensation & Payroll Support
Assist in payroll processing and attendance coordination
Support management of employee benefits and records
HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain employee files and HR documentation
Ensure adherence to company policies and basic labor law compliance
Support workplace safety and HR best practices
Performance Management
Assist in tracking employee performance
Support appraisal and feedback processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment
Ability to multitask and manage administrative work
Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic HR tools
Willingness to learn and grow in HR operations
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience as an HR is an advantage
