We are seeking a dedicated and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource operations and support employee lifecycle activities. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
HR Operations
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation
Prepare HR letters and documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, and relieving letters
Ensure adherence to company HR policies and procedures
Address employee queries, concerns, and grievances professionally
Support disciplinary actions and issue notices as per company policy
Assist in employee engagement and retention initiatives
Requirements
Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role
Good knowledge of HR processes, employee lifecycle, and basic labor laws
Experience in handling recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and HR documentation
Ability to draft professional HR letters and official communications
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
Good organizational skills and ability to multitask
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
