Role Overview
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end employee administration, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and day-to-day HR operations. The role involves handling hiring and onboarding processes, maintaining attendance and employee records, preparing salary and expense reports, managing statutory documentation (EPFO and insurance), and supporting administrative processes such as travel requests, procurement approvals, and subscription renewals. This position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth HR operations, compliance, and internal coordination across.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including hiring coordination, onboarding, and exit formalities.
Maintain accurate employee records, employee codes, and HR documentation.
Track daily attendance and prepare monthly attendance reports.
Process monthly payroll, salary calculations, deductions, and generate payslips.
Prepare monthly expense reports and manage petty cash tracking and reconciliation.
Create payment memos and ensure necessary approvals before releasing payments.
Handle EPFO documentation and ensure timely statutory compliance.
Manage employee insurance records and ensure timely policy renewals.
Maintain and update the Employee Handbook and ensure employee access.
Coordinate official travel requests and internal approvals.
Prepare and manage Purchase Requisition (PR) forms before procurement.
Manage administrative assets including business cards and software subscriptions.
Track subscription renewals (e.g., Adobe licenses) and ensure continuity of services.
Maintain HR calendars, including employee birthdays and internal HR activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate or Post-Graduation in HR Specialization.
1 to 2 years of handling the end-to-end HR functions.
Experience with any HRMS will be a high added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of HR operations and documentation.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
