Handle end-to-end HR operations in manufacturing environment
Manage PF, ESI, PT, Bonus, Gratuity and statutory compliances
Onboarding & offboarding of employees (joining, induction, exit, F&F)
Coordinate with labor contractors, vendors and consultants
Maintain employee records, HR files, attendance and statutory documentation
Support payroll processing, attendance, shift and leave management
Ensure compliance with Factory Act and labour laws
Handle employee grievances, discipline and documentation
Support labour inspections and statutory audits
Independently manage overall HR activities
Requirements (Mandatory):
MBA in HR - Completed
Prior experience in Plastic Molding / Engineering / Small Scale Manufacturing
preferred
4 to 5 years HR experience strictly in Manufacturing Industry only
Strong exposure to factory HR and shop-floor labour handling
Good knowledge of Waluj MIDC area
Experience handling multiple labour contractors and vendors
Sound knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
Good communication and coordination skills
