The ideal candidate should be an MBA in HR with strong communication skills and hands-on recruitment experience. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition End-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles Sourcing candidates through portals, references, vendors, and networking Screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers Offer roll-out, negotiation, and onboarding support HR Operations Handling complete HR activities including attendance, leave management, and employee records Drafting HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and HR policies Employee engagement and basic grievance handling Vendor & External Coordination Coordination with recruitment vendors, consultants, and manpower agencies Managing vendor performance and recruitment closure timelines Compliance & Reporting Maintaining HR MIS, recruitment trackers, and monthly HR reports Supporting management with HR data and insights Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) Ability to handle HR activities independently
