Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Manage employee database, attendance, leave records, and payroll processing. Ensure timely filing of returns and accurate maintenance of compliance records. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and induction process. Handle employee grievance management and ensure a positive work environment. Support and manage the performance appraisal system. Implement HR policies and procedures across the organization. Plan and organize employee engagement, training, and development activities. Act as a bridge between management and employees for smooth communication.

Requirements:



Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or related field.

Minimum 3 years of HR experience

with strong exposure to

statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, etc.)

. Hands-on experience in payroll processing and HR software. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulatory frameworks. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to handle confidential matters with integrity.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
