? We are looking for an HR Executive who will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, daily HR operations, and attendance management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hiring, employee coordination, and basic HR documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
? Manage the full recruitment cycle - sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
? Post job openings on relevant platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
? Maintain candidate databases and follow up on interview feedback.
? Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
HR Operations & Administration:
? Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
? Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
? Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll inputs, and attendance.
? Support in performance reviews, employee engagement activities, and exit formalities.
Compliance & Coordination:
? Ensure HR records are up to date and compliant with company policies.
? Coordinate with accounts/management for payroll processing inputs.
? Assist in implementing HR processes and policies effectively.
Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree (MBA in HR preferred).
? Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
? Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR management tools.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with discretion.
Working Hours:
? Monday to Saturday (6Days) - 10AM to 7PM
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
