HR Executive / HR Generalist -
Handle end-to-end recruitment as per company requirements
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning & hiring timelines
Source candidates through portals, references, consultants & walk-ins
Schedule interviews, coordinate feedback, and issue offer letters & appointment letters
Manage onboarding, induction & exit formalities
Maintain employee records, personal files & HR documentation
Track attendance, leave records & payroll inputs in coordination with accounts
Draft, implement and monitor HR policies, SOPs & code of conduct
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances & conflict resolution
Monitor probation periods, confirmations, increments & performance reviews
Maintain HR trackers for recruitment status, headcount, leaves & attrition
Coordinate training requirements, team engagement & internal communication
Support management in organizational structuring & role clarity
Ensure discipline, reporting structure & professional work culture across office and sites
Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and company information
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
