Job Summary
The HR Executive - Talent Acquisition & Recruitment will be responsible for end-to-end hiring activities to ensure timely availability of quality manpower. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across levels, while maintaining recruitment data and coordinating with internal stakeholders and clients.
Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior, mid-level, and senior positions as per business requirements.
Understand manpower requisitions, job roles, and skill requirements from hiring managers.
Draft and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and other sourcing channels.
Source candidates through portals, referrals, database, vendors, and walk-in drives.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical / client interviews.
Schedule interviews and ensure timely feedback and follow-ups.
2. Candidate Management
Maintain active candidate pipeline and talent pool for ongoing and future requirements.
Coordinate with candidates regarding interview schedules, offer discussions, and joining dates.
Negotiate salary, benefits, and employment terms as per company policy.
Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
3. Offer & Onboarding Coordination
Prepare and issue offer letters and appointment letters.
Coordinate document collection, background verification, and joining formalities.
Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new joiners.
Track joining status and report dropouts, no-shows, and replacements.
4. Recruitment MIS & Reporting
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and status reports.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment MIS.
Track key recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and attrition.
5. Client & Stakeholder Coordination
Coordinate with internal departments, site supervisors, and clients for manpower requirements.
Support bulk hiring, campus drives, and mass recruitment activities.
Liaise with consultants and vendors for outsourced hiring needs.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle bulk and lateral hiring simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Excel, job portals, and ATS tools.
Strong follow-up and closure skills.
Qualification & Experience
Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA HR preferred).
1 to 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Experience in manpower outsourcing, healthcare, manufacturing, or service industry preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
