We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Executive
to manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR documentation. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, knowledge of HR practices, and the ability to handle employees professionally.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding
Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection)
Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-ups
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documents
Conduct induction and orientation programs for new joiners
HR Operations
Maintain employee records, HRMIS, and personnel files
Manage attendance, leave records, and shift schedules
Coordinate with payroll team for salary processing
Handle employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits
Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries
Support employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives
Handle grievances and ensure timely resolution
Maintain a positive work culture and discipline
Compliance & Statutory
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Manage statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, gratuity, and labor compliance
Assist during audits and inspections
Performance Management
Support performance appraisal processes
Maintain appraisal records and follow-ups
Assist in training & development coordination
Required Qualifications
Graduate/Post Graduate in HR, Management, or related field
Certification/Diploma in HR will be an added advantage
Experience
1-3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, PF & ESIC
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
