Role Overview

We're looking for an HR Executive who can handle hiring, people management, and HR operations end-to-end. Someone who understands creative teams, can multitask, and keeps things structured while the design chaos is happening

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment (Interior Designers, Site Supervisors, Interns, Office Staff)

Screening CVs, scheduling interviews & coordinating with management

Onboarding & documentation of new hires

Managing attendance, leave records & payroll coordination

Drafting offer letters, appointment letters & exit formalities

Handling employee engagement & basic grievance management

Maintaining HR records & compliance

Supporting management with HR policies & processes

What We're Looking For

Prior HR experience (design / real estate / creative industry is a plus)

Strong communication & coordination skills

Organized, proactive & people-friendly personality

Comfortable with fast-paced work environment

Basic knowledge of labor laws & HR documentation

Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
